Is pickup really free?
Yes for accepted requests. We ask for photos and prefer 3+ boxes so pickups stay practical and the items have a real chance of being reused, sold, donated, or recycled responsibly.

Sometimes. Books are the main focus, but clean records in sleeves can be reviewed with photos, especially as part of a larger book or media collection. We usually cannot take moldy, warped, water-damaged, or heavily scratched records.
Usually no. Most common VHS tapes are not a good fit for pickup. If VHS is mixed into a larger collection, include it in the photos and we will let you know if any of it makes sense to take.
The standard service is free pickup, not an appraisal or buying appointment. If you think a collection is unusually valuable, mention that in the notes so it can be reviewed before pickup.
We review your photos, item types, amount, address, and pickup time. If the pickup is a fit, the items are collected and sorted for the most sensible next path.
