Pickup is free for accepted requests. Photos help us avoid surprises, and a quick phone photo is fine. It does not need to be perfect.

Photos help us understand the whole collection. Books are the main focus, but clean records, discs, and games can be reviewed too. VHS is usually not accepted unless it appears collectible or unusual.

What happens next

We review your photos and pickup details.
If it looks like a good fit, we keep the pickup time you selected.
After pickup, items are sorted for reuse, resale, donation, or recycling.
